Carencro Automotive Center is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing issues correctly and getting repairs done right the first time.

This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who can think through problems, not just swap parts.

What You’ll Be Working On

· Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues

· Perform repairs across a wide range of makes and models

· Handle both routine maintenance and complex jobs

· Use modern diagnostic tools and equipment

· Work alongside a team that values accuracy and efficiency

What We Need From You

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

· Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement)

· Own tools and a solid work ethic

· Ability to stay productive without sacrificing quality

· Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Schedule & Benefits

· Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)

· 5 days paid vacation after 1st year

· 5 days sick pay after 6 months

· Simple IRA available after 6 months
